That looks soooo good!
Posting photos of whatever I'm eating makes me remember the effort. Seeing others' photos gives me the feeling I'm not alone in these efforts. And is inspiring for new ideas to try. :-)

Ahhh, speaking of photos, I love your profile avatar! Haven't gotten that far yet, but I bet it's a good idea to personalize the image. Although I'm eating so much avocado, this is probably what I look like. ;-)
