I am new to this site. It has somem interesting things to offer and worth checking out for awhile. There doesn't seem to be a large or active Sonoma diet community here unfortunately. I'm not sure why this diet has not become more popular. I've been on and off this diet for awhile and am trying to get back on track. I've had a couple pretty good on program days and did some serious cooking today so I'll have left overs for this week. I'm just trying to stay on Wave 2 until after Christmas and then I'll re-evaluate and decide if I really need to go back to Wave 1 or not.
