the gyms scale was ten pounds off so I'm now down 14 pounds and I love all the compliments I'm getting about how go I look!!! this week I went the furthest I have ever gone 4MILES in one hour!!! I am going to make sure that I keep pushing myself in the gym and really each my carbs and keep up my calories!!!
