Well, went to the doctor today for an initial visit and renew my meds. BP 138/83 not all that bad considering the pot of coffee I had before. Disparity in the scales though theirs I was clothed at 251.4 so I guess I will have to adjust...again. She made the point that though I stay reasonably active I'm not really pushing my heart rate up. Bought a cheapo bike we'll see but it's so damn hot and humid here even first thing in the morning.......Tomorrow we'll give it the first go..Why do today what you can put off until tomorrow? Right?
