Went to the Dr yesterday about my blood pressure (about 161 over 102 a week ago). Its down to 133 over 88 (not good, but better). Here are things you can do to bring your Blood pressure down.

1. Cut caffine.
2. Try to handle stress.
3. Exercise (shocking I know, exercise is good for you).
4. Watch your salt intake (soups, chips, deli meats).

If I can have the GUYS attention please. Many blood pressure medicines have a side effect of E.D. or as I put the "your little solider won't solute." That was motivation enough for me to quit eating canned green beans (high in salt).
