2pm 1st meal of the day besides coffee. 2 egg omelet, veggies sautéed in Kerrygold and sausage fat, 1/2 of an avocado, Jimmy Dean all natural sausage. About 6 carbs w/out red onion. 9 carbs w/ onion which I need for my prebiotic project. Yummo.

More like 12 carbs with the onion but I need all that variety to boost gut health after antibiotics. I have been doing 2 meals a day.
