Okay, I've been hovering around 140 pounds give or take a few pounds. I leave for Puerto Rico in less than 3 weeks and I would really like to look good since I am spending a majority of my time in a bikini. I'm going to try to stay as disciplined as possible. Wish me luck!
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
