1576 kcal Fat: 94.28g | Prot: 89.89g | Carb: 95.83g.   Breakfast: Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked) , Certified Organic Coconut Oil, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, Egg. Lunch: Original Ritz Crackers, Ground Beef, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Original Dressing, Alfalfa Seeds (Sprouted), Green Olives with Pimento, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Cheddar Cheese , Lean Ground Beef, Tomato Juice, Kidney Beans (Canned). Snacks/Other: Smart Pop Butter Popcorn, Sour Cream, Peanut Butter, Almonds , 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, 1% Fat Milk. more...
