Looks good! How do you season your chicken?

It's Costco rotisserie chicken - skin removed when cold and then microwaved! I'm trying to stay on the diet and I have make things easy for me. But to answer your question when I cook chicken I like to roast it or pan sear it in a cast iron pan. And I season with dry herb and blends from Penzey's spices - most anything from them is amazingly flavorful! We are into the Berber seasoning right now!
