This week is shaping up to be a good week in terms of eating right, exercise, and my super fav---dropping pounds!!!

Otherwise, my goal is to get to the gym 5 times this week. After tomorrow's personal training session I'll have gone 4 times. Hopefully my PT won't kill me too bad and I'll be able to go again this weekend!
265.2 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 95.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
