I listed what I ate/drank yesterday. Didn't leave anything out. Wanted a clear picture of what I'm doing so I can adjust. Gonna have to cut out some fat and carbs FOR SURE!!!! You just don't realize really how much you are eating in a day. I've had to approximate servs and also pick food descriptions that are close but I think I have a pretty close measurement of my intake yesterday. Sweets and ginger ale are my problem. Gonna have to limit those severely!!!
