I did really good yesterday! I am weaning myself off coffee so I just had 1/2 cup in the morning. I drank tea and water the rest of the day.

Breakfast
Granola
Almond milk

Lunch
Smoothie

Dinner
Fruit bowl

Snack
low calorie pop corn

I did have a few small oranges somewhere in my day for a snack too.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 37.8 lb a week
