So its horrible starting this whole diet thing during midterms time where I stay up til 3am on a nightly basis. You get hungry at 3am!! And what's available Ian usually unhealthy. For example I did great all day yesterday until late when I had a small plate of my friends tuna casserole and 3 french fries and let's not forget the Starbucks coffee to keep me up and srudying! Gosh, such a failure. But with each day, I shall improve and make wise decisions!

Caroline, you are doing amazing! Don't kick yourself, just be better tomorrow. Make sure you write everything done because it will make you be more aware of your calories and what your goal is. But don't forget to eat! You do have to eat throughout the day or your body will be working against you. love ya!
