Good attempt. But still looks like an unhealthy meal :(. Whole wheat bread is better but still not that good for you. The fries are a bomb of calories even if they are sweet potato. And is that mayo on the burger? Super hi in cholesterol, sodium, fat and calories. To make a healthier version: take out the bread and mayo. Add a mix of fruits you love, Have a salad on the side, water. baked sweet potato and another veggie that you Love on the side. You can finish if off with an 80 calorie yogurt as dessert.

You can have to sweet potato fries. Just no salt, cut them smaller and maybe lightly coat them in a low sodium light olive oil. They are better than regular fries. This is okay once in awhile. I do agree that a salad is healthier. If you like sweet potatos, you can chop a few up and put them if your salad. You can use mayo you do not have to take that away. I have been researching. You do not have to diet, just change your eating habits and measure things out. Look at the labels and serving sizes. Use light mayo and I think a servings size is maybe a Tablespoon or 2? Also, you do needs carbs! You need carbs to function! Everybody does. That is how your body makes energy. If you do not exercise or move around then that is bad. Then you gain weight. But, if you are active it is okay! My dietician told me that I should consuming no more than 35 grams of carbs per meal. I am active! I walk about 3-5 times a week between 30 minutes to 2 hours at a time. I only walk! Fresh fruit is good with the meal! Any fruit you want! The rest of the time I do about 2 hours of house work a day over the course of the day. I do not work! Keep in mind that this does not work for everybody! You can look up the info I gave you on the net though. Yogurt is good for you! Most any kind of yogurt. I eat a lot of yogurt for breakfast and for snack. Anything from 80 to 150 calories. Lots of protein, and depending on what kind low fat and sometimes you have to watch the carbs on these cause they can add up. Wheat bread is better. Red Meat every once in awhile is okay! Not all the time! Lots of veggies on burger good! Nice job! I love the recipe and the fact that you posted it here. Keep them coming. looking forward to more from you. Let's trade! Tonight I am making Meatless meatballs with white steamed rice with teamed green beans and sliced strawberries. I will take a picture and post it! Happy Cooking! And have a happy weight loss journey!
