SATURDAY-DAY 13
I don't think I've ever ate so little in my life. I know I've said it before but I think today I consumed the least amount of carbs since I've been on a diet. It wasn't intentional either. I literally had no time to eat today. I'm a bartender and tonight was absolutely insane! Finally at the end of the night I managed to have half of my salad but even then I still had to clean up. I'm starving right now but I don't want to go to sleep with a full stomach. I may have a spoon full of peanut butter or a piece of cheese to hold me over til tomorrow. At least I got a nice workout in tonight! :)
