Yesterday was a tough day with that awful drink I tried.I just coulnd'nt drink much of it. I seem to not feel full all day.That was a struggle for me. Thats ok .Today I Walked the tredmill and (10 minutes of shoveling). I could'nt do any more. My body won't take the shoveling.Today is another day. :):)I'm off to good start.
