That workout I posted and did for the first time yesterday... woof! I did 4 sets, 10 reps of each, using 25# dumbbells for exercises 1 and 4, 10# for 2 and 3. It only felt moderately strenuous at the time, and I took several water breaks, but today? Today my obliques are wide awake. Today I had to look up an anatomy diagram to learn the names of the muscles that are twitching and barking at me. I feel very alive. I also feel like today is a good day to do a lot of sitting in a comfy chair.
