I didn't sleep for a few days, and then today I slept from 4 a.m. to 2 p.m. Just a thing my body does sometimes, ever since I was little; so I'm used to it, but it still sucks. At least this time it didn't conflict with my work schedule. In the interest of full disclosure: I caved in and looked at my scale yesterday. The news is good.
