Well the last week has been bizarre. I watched the scale creep up a few pounds and couldn't understand why. I record everything I eat and I even over-estimate when I'm not sure. Well then I went back and looked at my daily caloric intake and I wasn't even hitting 1200 which is the magic number to keep your body from going into starvation mode.

Doh! I'm an idiot - but what a good problem to have! I am adjusting my diet to try to eat less processed carbs and increase my protein.
