Not a very focused week on my part. I think I've been eating my stress away, which is a horrible habit. I'm paying for it right now with some early morning cardio! Accountability is key for reaching my health goal.
319.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
