1. Cinco de Mayo or Revenge of the Fifth, whichever is your thing...They are both behind us now.
2. I can neither confirm or deny drinking few Corona Beers yesterday. Let's just say I have some extra work to do today.
3. My weight held steady today...whew!
4. My blood sugar was 113 mg/dL this morning.
5. Blood pressure was up today at 147/92 @ 81 bpm.
6. Keto level was, surprisingly, a 44 this morning. Still in Ketosis! :-)
7. "Today is a new day. keep moving forward." --???
354.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 104.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
