SKBB211's Journal, 04 May 2017

so good news and bad news: social event that requires the dress that is slightly too tight is rescheduled. (that's the bad). Good: I can get off of my starvation diet. But I am on a roll, having to do it for the past three days has got me back on track. So I am going to continue doing the fruits, veg, lean protein and only NON processed and see if I can get rid of these last dang 4.9 POUNDS! The two events I now have is Cinco de Mayo (nachos, skinny Margaritas) on Friday and another crawfish boil on Sat. This boil is a yearly event and the host is a hunter...so he makes on the grill these incredible venison stuffed "rolls" - usually stuffed with a cream cheese jalapeno - kind of like a mini chile relleno. OMG it is so good. So am I going to go "off" the diet? No. But am I going to enjoy my two events? Yes. Because not doing them feels like deprivation. So practicing the 80/20 rule - that will be my 20 this week. NO exercise yesterday, and possibly today, horrible downpours in the area. If it is still raining I may do some dryland indoors. Poor JazzFesters, they must be getting really wet!
