Nothing like finishing your period to drop some weight. I was kinda sad yesterday to see a small drop. I decided to weight myself because yesterday I still felt bloated from my period. However, this morning I felt more like myself and I was right. I dropped more. Note to self. Avoid the scale while on ur period.
240.6 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 90.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
