My Pop-pop passed away on February 2. Needless to say! There has been alot of stress and comfort eating. Fitting in working out has been a struggle with my family around all the time. For as much as I may have indulged this week my meals otherwise have been extremely healthy. Hopefully it cancels out my stress eating. I did manage to get a 5 mile run in on Saturday morning, it's starting to look up now.
