FRIDAY-DAY 5

Today, for some reason, I haven't felt full at all. I don't want to keep eating because I don't want my calories to get too high. I drank 2 pints of water thinking that would help or at least make me feel full but no dice. It's weird because I haven't had an appetite since Wednesday. Now all of a sudden I can't get enough food. Anyway, I made some food for the week with mom tonight. Butter and garlic chicken strips, stuffed mushrooms and when I ran out of mushrooms... meatballs. I have to say meatballs without breadcrumbs are horrible. So dry! Saved a couple pieces of chicken, brushed them with olive oil and salt free seasoning and grilled them. A wonderful addition for my salads.
