1. Monday is here again...
2. My seems to be stuck at 355...I have to find a way to get rid of 6 pounds by next Monday in order to hit my goal.
3. Blood sugar was a 107 mg/dL today.
4. My blood pressure was a decent 121/81 @ 115 bpm today. A real good 10 hours of sleep last night really appears to have helped. :-)
5. My keto level was a 45 on the breath analyzer today.
6. All in all, not bad on the numbers today. I have to really push my self this week for some results.
7. I have been keeping myself fairly busy with my garden and with cataloging all of my collectibles and well as my late Father's collections. I hope to sell all of this in the near future. It has been an emotional ride to get all this done and ready...but, It is time to let go and move on. I hope it can bring someone else joy as it has me.

355.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 105.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
