Well, I have been losing weight this week, but not very heathily. I have not been eating much at all, and I have been sick. Between the two, I could be back down to my starting weight in the next few days. The downside to that is that when I do start feeling better and eating again, I will gain all the weight back plus some. I have lost weight at a good pace in the past. What is my problem?

Don't lose hope. You just need to remember that when you're not sick anymore, you can't rebound eat. Just try to stick to a healthier diet, and that should keep you from gaining back too much of the weight. Instead of starving youself while you'e sick, try eating something that will sit okay with you... Maybe a slice of bread or crackers? Anything that you can keep down, that way, when you start to feel better, you won't be starving. I hope this helps. :)
