It's so hard not to weigh myself midweek! I'm dying to see more weight drop off on the scale and get that reinforcement. This week had a very rocky start as it was that time this month to care a bit less if you get my drift. Anyway, I managed to outside in this crazy weather yesterday to ride a bike, which is something I haven't done literally for years. Today I got in a great workout at the gym and really pushed myself, burning around 800 calories in an hour and a half. I didn't start to feel better this week until I had some green drinks. They really do amazing things!! Only one more day and I will finally get to check.

In other news, my fieldwork experience has been really wonderful so far and I am learning a lot!
