Weekends are my friggin kryptonite for my diet...I have everything in control until Friday night hits and then BAM! I mess everything up...not for every meal but usually nightly meals. I'll have to work out extra hard today to try and counter act all this FAT that I took in this morning....ugh...bad bad me lol. I'll try to mind my P's and Q's for the rest of the weekend. Wish me luck!
On a better note I picked up a set of free weights last night at Dick's Sporting goods for about $50. Not too shabby. Time to get my arms looking Fiiiiiine. :)
Also, say a big prayer for poor David...he get's to ask my Dad for permission to ask for my Hand in marriage tonight...he he he.
