31 days in. I've exercised on average about 750 calories more than I've eaten every day including my alternate 100pushups.com/200situps.com workouts. Interestingly I haven't lost a pound, in fact I've gained a little weight. This is obviously putting on muscle and dropping fat. My love handles are rapidly shrinking, my arms, shoulders and pecs have grown significantly and I've got a pretty nice 4 pack going... I'm actually shocked at how effective this has been in only a month. My plan is to continue until the baby arrives in late March. I bet I'll be looking pretty good for the shirtless daddy holding baby pic ;D
