I've been working my ass off and the result was 45lbs lost. It is shocking how much 45lbs weighs when you carry it around as a weighted plate! To think that was on me! Counting macros has worked miracles for me. This is the first "diet" that I haven't been utterly miserable on, because I do love food. Hope everyone is seeing great success out there!
