According to measurements and not a scale my weight is 43 kg!
This is the calculator that I use:
-40.2+0.47X(AC)+1.30X(TC)= Weight in KG

AC= 58cm TC=43cm

Don't know how accurate it is though....what I know is that I am increasing intake!
97.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
