I just can't seem to loose like I did a year ago.I even follow the plan and count everything that goes in my mouth.

Don't give up!! And try not to compare things to last year. This is a new day and a new journey and it will have its own victories and defeats, but in the end will be so worth it.
You can do this!!! Counting everything that goes in your mouth is good, but what is it you are putting in your mouth. You have to get the 8 HG's in to see success. And you have to make sure you are eating all your minimum daily points.
Exercise plays a part too, something as simple as a walk during lunch or after work can make a difference.
Keep the faith and don't give up. I know you can do this ;-)

Kathimd is right. Even if you are keeping good track of your points, what is it that you are putting into your mouth. Do you get enough fiber? Also I hear vitamin B helps improve metabolism. Exercise is most important. If you exercise, you might have had some muscle gain. Muscle is heavier then fat.

Ive heard people say when they hit a plateu they use all ther flex points one day, and back to just daily points the next day, and it kick starts there metabolism. Its worth a try.
