I have always struggled to keep my weight around 150. Sometimes it goes up to 170 and then back down to 150's. It seems to plataue around 152. I would love to weigh 145, at least be a size 8. One time I made it down to a size 8 for an entire year. It was the year I got dumped, and then I lost some weight. I started going out with someone else and gained it all back. Now I just want to lose it and keep it off.

Help
I was on track last week but this week I went to my favorite resturant, an italian place that has good pasta and good wine. Well needless to say I got side tracked and living with a husband that likes fast food and eats it all the time, well it was a hard week. I'm back on it though, when you fall off, you have to get right back up.

Jelly Belly Crisis!
Well as far as my abs go, I do crunches, good ole crunches. I also found pilates is very good. It's all about stregthening your core muscles, your abs. You can practice it anywhere, at least the tightening of your abs. They say to bring your abs to the back of your spine and up. It's a challenge but if you practice just that, it helps in movement and also keeps your spine protected. Strong abs are very important no matter what your weight. They are the center of your body, they are your balance.

Inner thigh exercises
Try squats and leg lifts.

One this I like to do is do a leg lift and make circles in the air, it increases the challenge.

Another exercise that is good is if you lie on your back, bend your knees and raise one leg so your calf is pararell to the floor. Extend the leg forward and bring it back. Do as many times as you want.

Have fun.

Squash soup
Today I made squash soup. I really don't like squash but I love this soup. It's just tasty. I don't like bacon so I didn't put it in the soup and it's only 2 points for a bowl of soup. I'm sure there is a recipe for it on here, I got mine out of my weight watchers book

need a buddy
I bought a weight watchers cook book at borders and it has inspired me to cook. The recipes are very simple and list the points at the bottom so you can keep track. Also try those new progresso soups that are 0 points and think of low snacks of 1 to 0 points to munch on. Popcorn is great. They can fill you up and keep you in the 20 pt. Good luck and keep trying.
