Man, oh man have I been dumped on my butt by a wicked cold. This entire weekend I have been in the eye of a snotty hurricane. For some reason, I have been completely obsessed with working out...oh let me put that into realty..THINKING about working out. Not actually motivated to even walk more than 20 minutes. I am sick afterall. Its so funny that a month ago I ran a half marathon and now, I am completely unmotivated. In my head I HAVE to lose 20 pounds in 6 months, but I am so not inclined to do anything about it. The eating is going extremely well, but if I really want to take a swipe out of my weight I know I must exercise. Alas, my will to workout has vanished. My get up and go, got up and went.

What to do when you know you MUST do?

Start slowly... add 10 mins here or 20 mins there and call it good. It's a 'start' and better than not, eh?? :) You can do it, I know YOU CAN! :)

LOL! hmmmm... If you MUST do, perhaps it might be best just to go ahead and get it done. Whenever you can get to it, of course. ;-)
