I have been on the Zone Diet since Aug 2009. (previously on Atkins). Made the switch for my DH's heart health.
Lost 3 pants sizes in 3 months even though I didn't think I was that fat at size 12 - my usual since HS.

Started creeping back on last year even though I run 10 ,iles a week. So I want to get it to stop before I'm back at size 12 again. (this may be all do to aging but I'm gonna try anyway)
