Today I have done well with my diet staying within my 1800 calorie goal. I do great for most of the day especially while at work but by the time I get home i am starving... so I am having dinner much earlier now, otherwise I would be snacking here and there up until I eat dinner which would then totally blow my calorie goal. I am happy to say that my sweet tooth is under control thanks to the fine makers of Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches :) Now I just need to complete my exercise goal for the day.
