Last night's dinner...

I'm finding that i have absolutely no problem eating right. my issue is with drinking. i am a drinker. i like drinking a nice glass of malbec, shiraz, pinot noir, pinot grigio, tequila, vodka...after work. its really difficult changing this habit but i'm finding that that is in fact the culprit with my calories. not that i don't work out, eat right...all of that is a done deal. i just don't wanna give up my good glassES of wine in the evening! i got work to do.

Tiana - I am the same exact way when it comes to my wine. I used to go through a whole magnum of red wine in just 2 days and on a party night, I might go through 1 magnum alone. I started cutting back slowly less than a year ago. And, now I have myself down to 3/6 oz glasses of red wine from Fri-Sun and 2/6 oz glasses from Mon-Weds. It helps that I exercise immediately when I get home, which helps replace the urge. And, after I'm done with my workout, I only have a couple hours left before I have to go to bed, making it less challenging not to go over 2 glasses. All of this is factored in to my RDI. So far, it's working!
