Ok back on track. Way out of control this weekend with mom's birthday and their visit. I have a lot of catching up to do. I didn't gain any weight (don't know how with cake and ice cream) so thats a positive. But no excersizing was bad.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
