I go along being pretty good for awhile and then I get over-tired or over-hungry, or annoyed or I don't see instant results and I go off the deep end. I want to be more consistant, but I get frustrated trying to cook to separate meals to accomodate super picky husband, so I try to eat smaller portions of whatever I fix him except it is so bland I end up adding all sorts of bad stuff to it so that it tastes good.
I just need to learn to reset more quickly - grab an apple, cook what I want, stop worrying so much and take all the little steps I can.
