This is the week of my period. PMS water weight ftl :(
161.2 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hahaha....You are sounding like me ....hahaha....I have the same problem every month. My PMS last for to weeks and I do retain a lot of water and I get bloated. I could gain 5 to 6 pounds in those two weeks only with the water retention. So I know exactly how you feel. Drink lots of water and do exercise, walking is great. Take care!!
