Weight is my biggest challenge. I started a new job a few weeks ago and it has helped me from binging to much on food. My new goal is too lose two pant sizes.
I am starting tomorrow and I am going to give myself 3 months to complete this challenge.
For the first week I want to focus on exercising everyday for 30 minutes (which I have time for), and eating healthy without starving myself. That will cause me to binge
