So today was the first day of my diet plan, I will continue making healthy food choices and tracking my calories while staying below my 1800 calorie goal. I will also be following my wii active exercise program for weightloss. My goal is to lose 40lbs as quickly as humanly possible without resorting to fad diets or unhealthy practices. My reward... a relaxing weekend at a beachfront hotel on the sunny california coast. Good luck to me and off I go to complete the first exercise of my fitness goal.
