When I feel like I'm about to go overboard on the sweets I think about fitting into a 2 piece. That reminds me REAL fast that I Have to keep it under control.

Hmmm, I feel the same way. Except, like, mine is a one-piece. :) What do you guys think of the lowcarbspecialties sugar-free chocolate bars?

Good tip to picture myself in a two (or one) piece! I don't like any of the sugar substitute stuff. They give the impression that it's ok to eat sweets without suffering the consequences. But they are full of additives. I rather stick to healthy natural foods and (try to) enjoy them in moderation. I think that's where Weight Watchers is going wrong. If you look at their ready meals, they sound so unhealthy. But most people simply look at the low calorie content.

I totally agree. Additives are putting so much junk in our systems. All these sugar substitutes and fake foods are in my oppinion doing major damage to our bodies. Are we meant to digest these substitutes that I can not even pronounce? In addition, sugar alternatives are so sweet that they teach your body to crave sweet even more, thus broadening the problem. Needless-to-say I think you are doing the right thing by restricting and slowly introducing dark chocolate or other natural healthy alternatives. My friend did weight watchers and the ingredients on her meals were puzzling. It just scared me to think of all the wierd chemicals she was injesting. Good luck to you!

Exactly! I have abused my body for too long. I want to do the best I can now by eating mainly good foods with the occasional unhealthy treat. I had a look at the ingredients in a WW triple chocolate dessert thing that my co-worker was eating. Full of artificial ingredients, a very long list of them. This is something I would never let pass my lips! Our bodies use up vitamines as co-enzymes to process chemicals. I'd rather use mine to fight diseases!
