Already lost 2 lbs after day 1 of attack phase!
I followed it to the letter and it didn't disappoint.
After calculating my True Weight, it said I would lose about 3 lbs
during attack and if things keep going like this, I may do even better than that! :)

great start when you used the online true weight calculator did it give you the same figure as your target - when I did it it was 16lb higher than my target and still leaves me in the overweight category

For me it was the same number but it may depend on how much you tell it you want to lose. I think that calculator gives you a number they think you can do easily so you don't get discouraged. But you don't have to stop there, I think it's just time you would add onto the stages. You would probably want to do at least 5 days of attack and then you just do the next phase until you hit your goal. You'd also add some time onto the third stage, for each pound you lose you do the third stage for 5 days.
