Had a moment of weakness, ate some cucumbers with ranch dressing. Didn't want to start my Fat Smash till tomorrow but I guess one day early is not bad. Still ready for tomorrow, just can't decide if I want beans or corn tomorrow. But will do a Turbo Fire Hiit to work off the cucumbers and dressing. Hopefully I will maintain, if not lose about 2-3 pounds by Saturday when I weigh in.
