today is the start. i'm hoping that i can stick with it but i don't know i'm such a...NO...think positive. i recently took a customer service class and the theme was "mastering human interaction" by positive thinking. sooooo i will change my previous thought to, although in the past i had a hard time following through, this time i will make every effort possible to be diligent.
