Feeling good today. To be a Friday I have plenty of energy. I made it through another whole week of Zumba classes, Monday - Thursday!! According to the online Zumba calculator, I am burning off all of the calories I eat! That has to count for something. With the weekend here, I think that I am just going to make sure that I have all of my meals and snacks planned as best as possible and keep busy. A body at rest, stays at rest!
I can't wait to be skinny!!
