So, I was happy to see after the first day that I had lost weight! I was hoping for all hope that it was body fat! I am still trying to master getting to 1500 calories a day, since i only got up to 1300 yesterday, and 1100 the day before that! I did pick up some protein bars to bring with to work and bought some carrots for small snacks, and isopure for added protein.
Today was my first cheat day and i didnt go too crazy we went to a buffet at one of the casino's and i had a salad, then my husband and I shared a plate of fried shrimp, pad thai, white fish, orange chicken, roasted squash, all small portions, then fat free frozen yogurt and a no sugar added brownie for dessert. The remainder of the day I had activia, and some carrots with peanut butter to keep my metabolism going.
