Not great and not terrible, but at .5 lbs a week I'd take me a year to get to where I need to be. Time to pump up the exercise, and by that, I mean do it more than once a week. Only did 30 minutes last night, but that is mostly because it's the first time I've worked out since November. Hopefully I can work up to 50-60 min without being mentally tired :) The goal is to do it before work, but to do that I need to sleep through the night... and to sleep through the night, I need to work out the day before! :) Just have to remind myself regularly that the work outs aren't just cause I'm pudgy (which I can live with, honestly) but also because I feel better in general when I do it.

Work was crazy today and I ate out, but I was still pretty good and bought a regular sized chicken bowl from flame broiler and just ate half for lunch and half for dinner. Now I'm exhausted and ready to go to sleep. I didn't work out today because I had a 14 hour day, but I was running around a lot before the open house started, so hopefully I at least got a little bit of a work out in :)
190.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 55.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
